Yoga is more than a practice—it’s a community built around movement and meaningful connection.

Meet Our Instructors

Jenn M.

Jenn began practicing yoga in 2013 after an injury, and since has become a key support for her mental and physical wellbeing. She completed her 200-hour Hatha Vinyasa training with Maui Yoga Shala in 2018, followed by certifications in trauma-informed breathwork, meditation, Mat and Reformer Pilates, and Somatic Breathwork. With focus on breath and alignment, Jenn guides an intuitive Hatha Vinyasa flow that makes you feel grounded, balanced, and supported.

Favorite Pose: Half Moon Pose, so fun and challenging!

Sara M.

Sara started her yoga journey as a weightlifter and personal trainer in 2017. She has shifted her focus to yoga over the years, but has never left the importance of strength and mobility behind. Sara's classes focus on moving throughout poses in sync with the breath, utilizing verbal and visual cues. Yoga isn't a one-size-fits-all practice, and she emphasizes being comfortable in your own poses as opposed to pushing to look like the poses we see on social media every day.

Favorite Pose: Double Pidgeon/Firelog

Emily F.

After five years of consistent studio practice, Emily completed her 200-hour training in Costa Rica with Sama Yoga House (2025). She loves a slow build into a strong, sweaty flow just as much as a long, restful savasana, and designs her classes to be both challenging and accessible for all levels. In practice and teaching, Emily loves to learn alongside you on the mat. She hopes her classes leave you feeling balanced, centered, and refreshed!

Favorite Pose: Forward fold
