Our infrared hot yoga studio is heated between 95–105°F to support detoxification, flexibility, circulation, and deep relaxation. The heat is part of the practice — listen to your body and drink plenty of water before, during, and after class.

A yoga mat, towel, water bottle, and your inner awareness to creating a safe, calm practice for all. Wear lightweight, breathable clothing you can comfortably move and sweat in. Forgot something? Mats and props are available in studio.

Please arrive a 10-15 minutes early so you can settle into the space before class begins. If you’re running late, please cancel and release your spot as early as possible so another yogi can join!

The hot room is a quiet, meditative environment. We ask that conversations remain low before class and that shoes stay outside the studio room. Please be mindful of fellow yogis and their mat space.

Please wipe down any borrowed mats and return towels to the sanitizing baskets. Thank you for helping us keep the studio clean, calm, and welcoming for everyone.
